How to fertilize Ledebouria Socialis
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Ledebouria Socialis after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Help! This squill is my baby 😭 #SilverSquill I got this guy a year ago and there has been so many ups and downs for this plant. About a month ago I repotted to give it proper drainage, better expose the bulbs and in more shallow pot. He was doing fantastic but a few days ago I sprayed it with neem oil because I noticed there were a lot of flying bugs crawling around in the soil. Ever since I sprayed it with the neem it’s looked terrible and so droopy that I had to put a stake in for support to keep some of the bulbs from falling over and out of the soil. Any suggestions? Is this pot too big? Do I repot again with fresh/ bug free soil? Are the bulbs now too exposed and I need to add soil? I’m all over the place with it so I’m just leaving him alone until I can get some guidance lol. I’ve added current pictures as well. Thanks in advance!! #SilverSquill #NewPlantMom #PestControl #

She doesn’t look so well! Help! She looked like she was struggling so I moved her into a larger pot. Doesn’t seem like it was a bad decision, just not sure what to do next! #SilverSquill

Emergency re-pot Lola wasn't looking so good when her scheduled watering came up today. Even though she has newer growth that looks okay, a couple of the older leaves were dull, limp, and getting that translucent appearance. I hope she makes a good recovery. The roots still looked decent. I gave her a much deeper terracotta pot (compared to the 3" glazed ceramic squat pot she was in) to let her roots be more comfortable and so the pot will help to evaporate water. I added more perlite to the soil mix. I will wait for a few days before I give her a good bottom soak. Any other tips or tricks from plant lovers who have had these? Different angles to show form 😞

Lola got an emergency re-pot today. I was watering, and she was next on the Greg schedule. But the Pon at the top of the pot didn't look right, like it hadn't dried out. Confirmed with gauge & during re-pot. Roots still look okay though.

When I got this plant in of the leaves was breaking off. I was told to cut it that the plant would be fine. Now 3 days later it looks. Like it's dying. Any suggestions would be helpful #SilverSquill
