By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Dracaena marginata 'Bicolor' after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

There's A LOT of dying leaves. I swear every morning I wake up to another yellow or dry leaf. I don't know what I'm doing wrong with this guy. Any advice? #help #Dracaena

Help —my plants been like this for almost a week My plant usually gets watered every few days or so just like the tag the plant came with and even the leaves are green and I haven’t watered the soil since it has stayed moist for over a week now it doesn’t seem to be growing and I believe it is dying. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can reverse this effect? For reference my plant is a dragon tree. I really don’t know what went wrong. And it is also the only plant in my house that is having issues.

Had to use my dragon tree as an impromptu doorstop. Fritz had... misgivings #petsofgreg #petsandplants Edit: he didn't have misgivings HE WAS IMPATIENT FOR ME TO LEAVE SO HE COULD EAT DIRT.

I'm pretty proud of this dragon tree. I overpotted it by like... 8 pot sizes but it's survived!

Trunk was hollow, but 1 branch seemed healthy. Cut it off and put in water. Will it grow roots? Tips on getting it to root? #Dracaena

Just got this little guy today! I was curious about the ends of the leaves turning brown on the tips (in pic)? Also, other than changing its pot and the tips normally listed, what I can do to help it get healthier? It’s indoors. Thanks! #Dracaena #dracaenamarginata #HealthyPlantsMakeMeHappy

Brown Splitches and Drying Up Tops #Dracaena I recently received this plant from my workplace and I don't know anything about plant care. I don't know what these splotches are and what's happening up at the top. It looks almost like it's drying out, but the leaves are fine. It's slowly spreading. Two of the stalks already turned yellow so I went ahead and disposed of those to be safe. It was getting unfiltered water and way too much sun. I have since switched to filtered water and reduced the sunshine. However, it is still continuing. I'm at a loss at this point. I'd like this plant to survive!

Any ideas on what’s wrong with this plant. It’s my mother’s. She’s wondering if she should chop & prop the top. #Dracaena
