How to fertilize Anthurium arisaemoides
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Anthurium arisaemoides after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Change the soil or wait? #Anthurium #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict . This young lady has been in its pot for about 3 years. She seems to be doing great. Currently has 4 flowers with a 5th one coming in. The soil she is in is bonsai soil. It seems all the soil is gone and all that’s left is the little rocks that came in the soil. Now I’m wondering if I should change the soil, change the top couple of inches or just leave it alone and wait until she starts asking for a change?

New #PlantMail - #Anthurium Crystallinum X Magnificum 💚 My first Anthurium! I am simply amazed by how cool it looks! For those who don't know (I didn't), this is a hybrid plant, between Anthurium chrystallinum and Anthurium magnificum. It arrived in a small size but look at the color of the ribs! I got it as a surprise gift so I’m still studying, but was told it's quite sensitive to humidity, and where I live we are going through a dry few weeks, so it's going along with my Calathea for a daily spa moment with a humidifier. Isn't it cute? #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PlantTherapy

My plant hasn’t flowered in two years after I saved it from near death (I dropped it while moving :(( but it’s healthier now!) any advice on how to get it to flower again? #Anthurium

Yellowing? I moved her spot and removed all the dead flowers a month or so ago. I removed her from the cork holder a couple weeks ago. Have been changing her water weekly and removing any mushy roots. #Anthurium
