Mary Elizabeth Qualls, 78, of Twin Falls passed away on February 16, 1999 in Mountain View, California. She was born on July 3, 1920 in Faribault, Minnesota to Neal Cornelius and Evelyn Clera (Johnson) Buckmaster. She was a retired nurse. She married John Alexander Qualls on December 26, 1937 in Shoshone. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and a granddaughter. She is survived by her daughters, Judith Helen Howard of San Jose, California, Karen Wood of Sitka, Alaska, Pamela Jean Humphrey of Boise, and Tamra Mary Stanger of Twin Falls; her sons, John Alexander Qualls, Jr. of Port Angeles, Washington, Kelly Neal Qualls of Wilder, and Robert Thomas Qualls of Bliss; her sisters, Jean Crawford of Tucson, Arizona and Ruth Fife of Rupert; eighteen grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 6 at Valley Christian Church.
