Biography

Before Fairfield: Lana Hughes helped Southern Lehigh High School capture two League and two District championships during her stay. She contributed as a midfielder and was also a force offensively, most notably scoring twice in the team’s 4-0 win over Palmerton in the 2021 Colonial League championship game. She will look to make the transition to the defensive third at Fairfield where she already has experience. Hughes also spent time with the FSC Field Hockey Club.
