Fruit –  berries, ellipsoid, red, in pairs and are enclosed in bracts.

I think it may be Lonicera hispida var. bracteata (Royle) Rehder ex Airy Shaw as per keys and distribution at Catalogue of Life, Checklist of Nepal and Flora of Pakistan
