The Rebutia Minuscula 'Red Crown Cactus' is a round cactus that grows in clusters. When fully grown, it can reach a diameter of about 2.5 inches and a height of 4 inches. During the spring, the cactus blooms and continues to flower periodically throughout the warmer months. The flowers, which can be red or dark red, emerge at the base of each head and bloom more and more as the season progresses. This cactus thrives in full sun to light shade and should be watered regularly during the summer months, being careful not to overwater. As with most cacti and succulents, it is important to wait until the soil has completely dried out before watering again. During the winter, the cactus should be kept dry and repotting is recommended on a regular basis.
