Four Species Splendor Etrog Box

This silver sterling etrog box bears symbols of the Four Species (ארבעת המינים) used on the holiday of Sukkot (citron, palm, myrtle and willow).  Graceful palm fronds support this spectacular etrog-shaped box, rimmed at the halves by a matching palm tree pattern.  The top half of this sterling silver masterpiece, tipped with a sculpted citron (etrog) and willow (arava) design, is surrounded with a finely detailed myrtle (hadassah) branch.  The etrog box, closed with a sterling silver pin, hinges open at the center to stand on its palm legs and citron tip in an impressive display of silversmithing mastery.
