Much branched shrublet to 50 cm. Leaves opposite, leaves linear-elliptic, margins horny distally, often with a thick waxy bloom. Flowers in pedunculate, rounded clusters, tubular, yellowish green or whitish tinged pink, petals 3--5 mm long. Mar.--Apr. Rocky slopes, NW (S Namibia to Cedarberg Mts).
