KNIZE Update: Plants received w/ photos!
KNIZE Update: Plants received w/ photos!
First, a word of reconciliation visa vis the Cactus Places thread I started regarding my experience: It was never ....
It was always
Two small, twisted, gnarly little Copiapoa columna-alba sort of make it worthwhile. I will, over the years, nurse them back to health. Three other mis-labled copiapoas are cute. A few things I believe are as ordered will be treated gratefully. A group of two varieties of cereus cuttings look to actually resemble the Gymnocereus microspermus and G amazonicus they were supposed to be.
It was like a long adoption process. There were ups and downs. My new kids didn't have the greatest environment starting out, but I'll love them for what they are.
It's gonna be hard to say "Nice plants, Dogwood!" and I don't expect that.
Just wanted to let people know it ended on an up note of sorts!

Daiv- Cactus bags, old vintage ones that if I play my cards right I can fetch good bucks for on eBay and recoup some "losses"
Peter and Saguaro123- I did have his website link removed from CactusMall due to his lack of business professionalism or communication. I can't do much more than that, and you all can see what's evident in the face of my erstwhile rosy facade. Sucky plants- whaddaya gonna do?
Coffee Addict- Karel Knize of Lima Peru. He was something at one time. Not so much anymore.
Again, it's live and learn. Do a Copiapoa search on this forum and see my thread with some pix of my collection. I'm not hurting for great plants.
And I LOVE rare columnars! It looks as though these few cuts are Gymnocereus that really aren't available anywhere. They'll grow.
Thanks for your replies. My work here is done.
