I was here a bit to early for the flowers.

This member of the Asteraceae family was given this name by Adrian Hardy  Haworth in 1812. It is found on the Canary Islands, growing in grit or other well drained soil with little water and lots of sun. It will grow to 1,5 meter. The flowers are crème coloured to pale yellow.

The genera is named after the German zoologist, Dr Klein,1685-1759, the species name means 'leaves like Neria'.
