Graptopetalum rusbyi: is a small, clumping succulent. The small rosettes of this succulent are a beautiful violet-pink to dusty-blue color. They grow in dense clumps This succulent plant will do best in full sun, but will tolerate partial shade. In spring Graptopetalum rusbyi grows a 6 inch flower spike. The star-shaped flowers are pale yellow speckled and striped in dark red. These succulents look their best when grown in light shade, but can tolerate part shade in warm, dry conditions. Spring and fall are this succulent's most active growing seasons. During this time they need more water and should be watered as soon as the soil dries out. This graptopetalum likes dry air as much as dry soil and high humidity can cause rot. Not cold hardy.
