Eibl’s Angelfish

Thin orange vertical stripes. Tail black with blue fringe at the back edge. Orange eye-ring.

Size : 11 cm

Habitat : Inhabits coral-rich areas in lagoons and protected outreefs, 3-25 m. Very similar : Acanthurus tristis.

Distribution : Sri Lanka, Andaman Sea and Indonesia to NW Australia.
