My GOMO experience has been disappointing. Coverage is subpar compared to StarHub. The port-in process was slow and lacked communication. The app has numerous bugs, especially with payment. Service interruption without notice, like the plan being paused, left me stranded without data, calls, or text capabilities, making it impossible to address issues like updating payment details through the app. Overall, poor service and communication. ZERO STAR!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

Terrible service. Support is so slow and at random timings. Sometimes I'd get a reply past midnight. What's the point of the verification form when they only send it when I am unable to reply. For some reason, I had only received 20gb data for this month instead of 60gb, it is even stated in my receipt that it should be 60gb. It used to be fine until this month. This April fool's joke is long overdue.

App is broken, I can't add my card details for payment as I keep running into an error. Been told by customer service to uninstall, wait 30 mins before reinstalling, doesn't work. Swapped SIM to another device and installed app, also can't add card details and got error. Tried logging in via OTP on another device, also doesn't work. My plan is then suspended as I can't add a card for payment
