Common Name The Hairy [Column] Rodriguezia

Flower Size

Found in eastern and southern Brazil as a miniature sized twig epiphyte with small pseudobulbs enveloped basally by 2 to 3 leaf bearing sheaths and carrying a single apical, erect, lanceolate, acute leaves that blooms in the fall on an axillary, to 65" [to 15 cm] long, 10 to 15 flowered inflorescence.

CAUTION The Flower photo and drawing above by Senghas is suspiciously like R bracteata [Pabst & Dungs interpretation]
