Found in North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Alabama and Florida States of America as well as Cuba and Colombia? in sandy soils as a medium to giant sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with 3 to 4, lanceolate, plicate, yellow-green leaves that blooms in the later summer and fall on an erect, 20" to 68" [50 to 170 cm] long, racemose, 10 to 30 flowered inflorescence
