Common Name The Javanese Phalaenopsis

Flower Size 1 1/5" [3 cm]

Found on the island of Java at elevations around 700 to 1000 meters as a sized, warm growing epiphyte with many glossy, elliptic-obovate, apically acute or obtuse tapering below into the base leaves that blooms in the spring on a suberect, racemose, sometimes branching, to 10" [25 cm] long, rachis fractiflex, few flowered inflorescence with triangular, acute-acuminate, concave floral bracts carrying fleshy, cupped flowers.
