Common Name The Delicate Leafed Cleisostoma

Flower Size .2 to .28" [5 to 7 mm]

Found in India, Sri Lanka and Thailand in tropical wet evergreen forests at elevations up to 300 meters as a miniature to small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with an erect stem completely enveloped by leaf bearing sheaths and carrying many, linear, acute, gradually narrowing below into the clasping base leaves that blooms in the spring and summer on an erect, 2" [5 cm] long, racemose, several flowered inflorescence with minute, obtuse floral bracts.
