Rhizome creeping, near the pseudobulbs densely, in between sparsely rooting, sheaths tubular, shorter than the internodes. Pseudobulbs 2.5-4 cm apart, erect, at the base thickened, long narrowed above, 9.5-15-5 cm long, 2-leaved, at the base with a few large, up to 7-10 cm long sheaths. Leaves erect-patent, separated by a 1.2-2.3 cm long internode, lanceolate-strap-shaped, the lower one obtuse, the upper one subacute, narrowed at the base and conduplicate, mid-rib grooved above, prominent below, on either side with c. 4 distinct nerves, 17-20 by 2.15-2.4 cm. Inflorescence erect, densely many-flowered; spathe conduplicate, keeled, 2-2.35 cm long, peduncle short, 2-2.5 cm long; rachis grooved, 15-20 cm long. Floral bracts somewhat appressed to the pedicel, lanceolate-subulate, gradually acuminate, slightly concave, 0.43-0.65 cm long. Flowers very small, widely patent, 0.6 cm long. Median sepal widely patent, oblong, subacute, strongly convex, 0.28 by 0.13 cm. Lateral sepals reflexed, obliquely oblong, subobtuse, strongly convex, 0.28 by 0.14 cm. Petals reflexed, linear, obtuse, strongly convex, 0.28 by 0.03 cm.
