Tom Velardi's Cypripedium debile growing in Japan. The elegant, tiny flower is accented by Tom's equally elegant photography. In this species the flower is reflexed to near the media surface - this is presumably to make access easy to ants which pollenate the flowers. Paphiopedilum malipoense flower is for size comparison.
