Our turtles

Chinemys reevesii
Reeve's turtle

OUR GROUP:
We have two separated breeding group of two different locality form. One group 3.3.0 from China very big size (the biggest female is 1 Kg, 25 cm) and one small group from Taiwan 2.2.1. All are WC.

INFO
The two groups are keep separated to avoid hybridization. We house them all the year outside in two differen ponds for asian turtles; they are very strong and resist very well to low temperatures during the winter.. They are not aggressive to each other. We feed them with shrimps, fish, pellet and turtle pudding.
Some of them are quite terrestrial, others are more aquatics. They are very good swimmers and love to do basking or to remain burried in the muddy bottom of the pond.
