Appearance: o Juvenile specimen have rusty-brown colour, o maximum length 8 cm
o older specimen have blue ornaments on their body, Lifestyle: o regular moulting
o nocturnal activity, o In the day time mostly burrowed in the sand
Reproduction: o in breeding time they nestle in the hollows, o juvenile specimen hatch in these hollows
o when their body-length is 6-8 mm , they swarm out and seek for their own hide; Nourishment: o scavengers, necrophags, they putrefy corpses of the animals of their own or different species
