Leaves 10-18cm tall, bright green, hairless. Flower colours as the other species, 2-3.5cm in diameter with a 2mm floral tube. Vigorous, but not as free flowering as R. baurii but reported to be more hardy. Needs a moist to wet soil when in growh.
